Leadership carries a awesome responsibility for those who are in charge or people and resources. It is a position that will cause a person to rise to occasion or crash. Romans 12:8
“If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously.”
Lis for listening. Be a good listener and have an open mind as you make yourself available for your team members.
Eis for enabling. Invite others to play on your team.
Ais for ambition. Set goals and work to achieve them.
Dis for desire. Show enthusiasm in all that you do.
Eis for example. Serve as a role model.
Ris for respect. Show respect for others and build up their self-esteem.
Sis for self-esteem. Believe in yourself because God believes in you.
His for heart. Empathize and encourage others.
I is for initiative. Make things happen.
Pis for patience. Be quick to praise but slow to criticize.
