This class is based on the groundbreaking work of Dr. John Trent and Rodney Cox. Using the Leading from your Strengths profile, participants will increase their understanding of the unique strengths they bring to any relationship or team. John will lead the class through a process that will help them understand approaches to problems solving, information processing, managing change, and how to respond to rules, regulations and procedures.
