It is an exciting time to be alive, particularly in the age of fascinating research. With new technology we are growing in our understanding of how the brain works. Researchers like Dr. Daniel Amen are using imaging techniques to help us gain clearer understanding as to how the brain operates.

Dr. H. Norman Wright's article on Trauma and the Brain is one of the best written pieces I have seen for folks who do not have a medical background. Although his focus is primarily concerned with the reaction of the brain to traumatic events, he gives you some great tools to increase your understanding of this powerful computer in our skull.
